On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Bauhaus a special contemporary photography program was created to honor the world-renowned artistic movement and its Hungarian actors In contrast to „traditional” commemorations, the BAUHAUS CONTEMPORARY program attempts to highlight that the Bauhaus as a school, vision, theme and a source of visual inspiration is still a living tradition in the Hungarian art scene.
The exhibition debuted as part of the 2019 Budapest Spring Festival and since then it has been presented in Basel, as a satellite program of Art Basel, in Rome, in Barcelona, in New York with an online version and in Delhi.
